As a community devoted to preserving Polish culture, traditions, and a welcoming space for all who cherish their Polish roots, we rely on passionate members like you to guide the future of our organization.
Now is your opportunity to step forward and make a lasting impact on the PASGC’s future.
This December 14, 2025, during Wigilia Christmas Party, we will hold elections for all PASGC Board positions. In accordance with our Constitution, all elected positions serve a two-year term. The following leadership roles are open:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Recording Secretary
- Corresponding Secretary
- Board Members-at-Large (3–5 positions)
Serving on the Board is more than a commitment—it is a meaningful way to help shape the events, traditions, and cultural experiences that connect our members to their Polish heritage. Whether it is organizing celebrations, promoting Polish customs, or strengthening our community bonds, your involvement directly supports our mission.
In accordance with our Constitution, nominations may be submitted by any present member in good standing who has secured the nominee’s consent to serve if elected. Members in good standing may also self-nominate.
To ensure a smooth election process, we kindly ask that all nominations and self-nomination be submitted by Sunday, November 30, 2025 using this candidate submission form so we may gather candidate bios and statements.
A General Meeting will be held on December 1, 2025 at 6.00 PM at the Miami Township Library (5920 Buckwheat Rd, Milford, OH 45150) meeting room B to accept additional floor nominations.
All active PASGC members are warmly encouraged to consider running. To appear on the ballot or vote, you must be a current member with 2025 dues paid (membership paid at the 2024 Wigilia is valid) If you need to renew or join, you can pay your dues here.
This is a pivotal moment for our club. Your willingness to serve ensures that we continue to nurture our traditions, celebrate our shared heritage, and build a strong, unified Polish-American community in Greater Cincinnati.
